Methods of payment and reservations

  • Payment of the booking by credit card
    If you pay by credit card, your booking will be confirmed at the time of payment. We will send you an email to confirm your booking. If you do not see our email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.
  • Payment of the booking by bank transfer
    If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you an email with your booking details and our bank details so that you can pay by bank transfer. Your booking will not be confirmed until you make the transfer and send us the proof of payment to our email address: info@oceantourshondarribia.com. You have 48 hours to make the payment, otherwise we will cancel the booking. Once we have checked the payment, we will confirm your booking and send you an email to confirm it. If you do not see our email in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.

Large family discounts

  • Are you a large family? Contact us by phone or email to provide us with a copy of the document with your large family number and we will send you a 10% discount code that you can apply at the time of purchase of your selected route so that you can enjoy an unforgettable experience with your family.

Booking cancellation

  • Booking cancelled by the customer
    If a customer wants to cancel their booking, they have up to 48 hours before the booking to do so. If they do so within this period, the full amount will be refunded through the payment method they chose to pay for the booking. Otherwise the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.
  • Booking cancelled by Ocean Tours Hondarribia
    The routes offered are subject to the conditions of the environment in which they take place and may therefore undergo changes before or even during the activity (weather, sudden changes in conditions…). In case of previous cancellation due to circumstances beyond the client’s control or on the same day due to weather conditions, after informing the client immediately, he/she will have the right to book the route on another day or to be refunded the amount paid.

Refunds or returns

  • Ocean Tours Hondarribia will proceed to make refunds using the same method of payment chosen by the client at the time of booking the route. The maximum refund period is 5 days. Full refunds for bookings cancelled by the client are subject to the rule that they must be made at least 48 hours before the date of the booking. All bookings cancelled after this time will not be refunded.
